tim fite!

Rockin show last Friday night. Thanks to Ted, I've been a fan of Tim Fite for a couple months now, so I was stoked he was going to be on the Wedding Present bill! He was HYSTERICAL. What a creative, wacky guy. I don't even usually use the word 'wacky', but it describes him well. Goofy, whatever - he was ENTERTAINING as can be and had us cracking up, singing along and smiling from ear to ear! So fun.

It was great to see The Wedding Present live, too. But honestly the best part about it was watching Ted soooo stoked. He LOVES them - him & Misty both! - and so he was on Cloud 9. It was too cute. We got a play by play on every song... what the lyrics are about, what album and/or when he heard it first, etc. I love seeing someone so into a band. It's infectious! They were great, better than I expected somehow, so I was happy!

We also went to Supergrass the night before, which was a great show - but I wished I'd been a more long-time fan, like the rest of the audience. Still, they sounded really good, and I have to say: I love the GAMH! It was just good to be at a show again! :)
