Yesterday I plunked down the $ for my ticket to Nashville to see my long-time friend Justyn get married! (so crazy!) I'm taking a short (literally less than 24 hours) stop in Denver on my way there to see my Mom, and hopefully stop by to meet Michelle & Aaron's new baby boy!So the whole reason why I'm telling you this is that I am officially sold on using Travelzoo's SuperSearch. No, they're not paying me to say this - although funnily enough they actually called me to design it when they were first putting it together. However, it was one of those 'design something for us first & then we'll see if we want to hire you' things and fortunately I have plenty of business & don't need to do contest type bidding like that. The actual search functionality doesn't look that much different than what they had sent, but I do like the little logo someone designed for them.
Aaaanyway - seriously - this search widget is cool! First of all - instead of you having to go to all the sites & enter your dates in separately - once you've put it in their SuperSearch form, it pulls up the travel sites (the best ones for the cities you're traveling to) with the results of your search on that site! It's pretty awesome really - check it out!
